Storyline

Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector is a turn-based tactics game set in the grim, war-torn far future of the Warhammer 40,000 universe, where humanity's Imperium wages endless war against horrors from within and beyond. Its single-player campaign follows the Blood Angels, one of the most storied chapters of the superhuman Space Marines, as they are drawn into a desperate struggle against the Tyranids, a ravenous alien swarm that devours entire worlds. The fighting rages across Baal Secundus, a moon within the Blood Angels' own home system, as the relentless hive fleet descends upon their sacred territory. Commanding a force of elite warriors, the player leads these grim defenders across grid-based battlefields, deploying their unique units and abilities to hold the line against overwhelming numbers. Over the course of the campaign, the Blood Angels must summon every ounce of their legendary courage and fury to repel the encroaching swarm and defend the heart of their ancient homeland.
